A year ago I met Jeff at an open house when I found it locked, called the number on the sign and Jeff came over and opened the house for myself and many others who had seen the online notification that the house would be open that day, even though it wasn't his showing. We chatted and I learned he'd gone to CSU and was from the area. He later called and began sending me monthly news about the housing market, being informative but not pushy. This year when I was ready to start the buying process we got in touch and he began helping me in a more direct search. He got me linked with a lender, Scott Ellis, who was also very knowledgeable and informative. Both were patient and answered all my questions. Jeff began a search in an area we conferred on. I soon got a qualified pre approval for a loan and many house listings to consider. It was early in my search so I went to many open houses and began comparing. Whenever I had questions, Jeff explained and gave advice. When I found a house I liked, he previewed it with me, pointed out benefits to the area, encouraged me to consider the cost savings of the incentives offered by the builder and walked me through each step. He negotiated a great deal, read through the lengthy paperwork with me, and talked to the builder salesman to make sure everything we discussed took place. He was there for the orientation walk through, asked questions for me, pointed out things that needed to be taken care of as well as features that were above grade. He offered to put me in touch with vendors for items I might want after the purchase. He didn't ask me to sign a contract until he'd already done all the work. He was knowledgeable, spoke up for me, pointed out things to look for, was encouraging, and was available every step of the way. I consider him a friend. He said he'd be available for several months afterward too, and never to hesitate to call - even if it be in the evening or a weekend. He follows up. I would recommend him highly.

Jeff was a great agent to work with. We were slow to list our house based on the market and timing on our part. Jeff was very patient with us, checking in with us, kept us updated on the market and current info on comparable active/sold/under contract properties. He was very communicative throughout the listing process and step by step procedure. We were lucky to have a lot of activity i.e showings, phone calls/texts to Jeff and contracts submitted as soon as we listed. Jeff was inundated right away with all of this and stayed on top of it for the 4 days we were on the market. He managed the negotiations of several (6) contracts until we formally accepted one. Jeff is amazing. We first met with him over 3 years ago just to entertain the idea of buying a home. My husband switched jobs which meant we had to wait 2 years before qualifying for a loan.
